I just bought tylerstanton.com, so now you don’t have to type in that pesky “.wordpress” anymore. What to do with all that time you save? Floss, perhaps?

Here’s our first photo as a family of four (alliteration intentional).

I’m on paternity leave today (trust me, its legit), which is allowing me to watch a few cycles of SportsCenter while I hang out with my family. I just saw the greatest shot I have ever seen, buzzer beater I have ever seen, and accident I have ever seen…all in one play. Way to go, Devin Harris…whoever you are.

Anyone else feel like Vin Diesel got snubbed at the Academy Awards the other night? I was fully expecting him to get some sort of Lifetime Achievement Award or something.

We just got one of those low-flow toilets because we are so earth-friendly and green*. While, yes, it does use less water per flush, it also uses about 1/90th of the flushing power, which makes the success rate of actually getting the job done in one flush approximately zero. I think you know what I mean.

If multiple flushing is just your thing, run out and get one. If you’re like the rest of us, just keep your water waster…and your sanity.

*Referring to things as “green” is my new pet peeve. How annoying was it when I just said it? Its almost as overused and outdated as the fist-pound (which I unfortunately just taught my son).

We had another son yesterday! Michael Collier Stanton. He came in weighing about as much as a baby. He’s wonderful. And he has a receding hairline like his dad. That’s my boy!

*Tripp and his dad just came by. His dad brought us flowers. Tripp brought us a fish sandwich from Captain D’s. Our friendship is currently on probation.
