Start a Blog

I’ve really enjoyed blogging. And lately I’ve been telling a lot of my friends to start one. “Why?” they ask. I usually don’t have anything valuable to say in response.

Then I came across another gem from twentytwowords.com that expresses exactly how I feel about it:

If I ran a seminary, I’d make blogging a requirement.
What better way to practice finding something worthwhile to say every day?

Now I don’t run a seminary, or even go to one. I just think the practice of finding something worthwhile to say on a daily basis will do way more for you than it will for your readers. It has for me (even when I’ve only said somewhere between 2 and 5 worthwhile things, depending on who you ask).
