By the third name, you can't say no...You either go with "I've heard the name..." or "I'm sure I'd recognize her/him if I saw her/him" or a straight-faced "Yeah, I know her/him." Also, when I walk my dog, I hate walking by people that I might have to acknowledge their presence...I immediately pull off the side woods and pretend my dog is forcing me to follow.
