You Pick the Subtitle

I’ve asked for your help on numerous occasions, but this might be the most important.
Last week I mentioned that I’m working on self-publishing a book.* I’ve already decided on the title – Everyday Absurdities – but haven’t yet nailed down the oh-so-important subtitle. This is where you come in.
I want you to come up with the subtitle for my book. In the comments section, let me know what you think would be the perfect subtitle, based on the ludicrous content of this blog. Then, much like the license plate debacle, I’ll let you vote on the winner. The winner will get two free copies of my book, a lamp, a 320GB external hard drive, and a Donald Miller book (you know, in case you don’t like mine). Seriously. I’ll mail all of that to you in a large box.
Here are a few examples to get the creative juices flowing:
+ Everyday Absurdities: The Daily Grievances of Earth’s Most Trivial Man
+ Everyday Absurdities: Things You Know You Were Already Thinking
+ Everyday Absurdities: A Collection of Writings That Will Make You Feel Better About Your Own Level of Shallowness
+ Everyday Absurdities: 71 Things that Must Be Addressed
So, take a few minutes and come up with a winner. It doesn’t necessarily have to be funny…just fitting. Thanks so much for helping me with this!
*It’s understandable to doubt whether or not this book thing is actually going to happen, based on a few whims I’ve had in the past (Trivial Pursuits, Acting Updates, Newsletter). Rest assured though. The book is happening. I’ve got a team of people helping me edit it as we speak. Oh, and those other things? They’re still a go…I just don’t know when.
