+ The results are in: After 179 votes, Everyday Absurdities audiobook* barely edged out the Everyday Absurdities Kindle/iBook edition. It was close though. So close, in fact, that I’m going to be working on both of them. So, anyone know how to do either of those?

+ I’ve been away from my family for 10 days. In about 6 hours, I get to see them. Yes, these guys:

+ I’ve got some gems coming your way tomorrow for the Weekly Six, courtesy of our YouTube party with Jonathan and Candi Shelton last night. Make sure you don’t miss it.

+ Saw Inception. Am I an idiot for not thinking it was the greatest movie of all time?

+ I’m working on a blog post that details all of Tripp Crosby’s automobile mistakes over the years – wrecks, oversights, etc. It’s going to be a comedy and you’re going to want to read it.

+ The iPhone 4 is fantastic. In case you missed the tweet, I bought it for $200 and sold my 3GS for $300 on Craigslist. I like telling myself I got paid $100 to upgrade.

+ 3000 students and leaders have come through camp these past 10 days. I think I’ve sold about 6 books. For those of you keeping track at home, that rounds down to about 0%.

*Only 21 of you wanted my robot friend Alex to read the audiobook. He wanted me to tell you that he DOES have feelings and they are hurt.

Yay for your cute small people! Thanks for being so entertaining=) And I am looking forward to seeing Inception, since our 17 year old said he has to see it at least once more and that my husband and I should go see it with him and his 15 year old brother. The 17 year old who of late I think is actually the Invisible Man….
Your small boys will be tall boys soon, so enjoy them now (while closing doors quietly after viewing the amazingness of their quiet sleeping faces….)

My reaction to the Inception trailer was "The Matrix with Leonardo De Caprio" and I need to know if this is accurate.

Regarding Inception being amazing, you're more right than John Grisham.

My husband dragged me to the theatre for the "Inception" ordeal as well. My opinion is– it was about two levels of dreaming too much and approximately an hour too long. Of course in the dream world it was about a week too long. Without Leonardo, it may have had a better chance of being likable. Leonardo is just a tad creepy since he became best friends with Al Gore:)

My general take from Inception was "huh?" I don't think I'm very smart anymore…

OH man, I am SO glad y ou said that about Inception. I mean, I didn't hate it. But I didn't love it and drool all over it either. By the time they got to the snow scenes, i was all "Huh?!" and "Wait, how did we get here?". I won't be building a shrine to this movie any time soon. Or getting it tattooed on my body either.
