7 Reasons to Sign Up for BlogRocket
March 23rd, 2011 - Uncategorized - 3 Comments »
I’m not getting paid to write this post. Bryan has not offered to de-weed my yard or share some of his hair gel with me in exchange for a little promotion. No, I’m writing this post because I really believe in BlogRocket. I wish it existed two years ago when I started blogging.
Many of you have blogs or websites. This post is for you.
Bryan Allain, my good friend (and blogging nemesis), just created a new site/service that helps fellow bloggers overcome their blogging frustrations and achieve their blogging goals. It features a membership community and a 12-week Booster Course designed to help small to mid-sized bloggers increase their traffic numbers, hone their blogging voice, and develop a strong community.
Those begin in May, but TODAY you can go sign up to be on the mailing list. And for joining said mailing list, you’ll get a FREE download of The 29 eBook, a 32-page eBook that offers advice and insight on the Top 29 Frustrations bloggers face, as well as a chance to win a $109 Amazon Gift Card. Click here to sign up.
Not convinced? Really? Well, here are 7 more reasons to sign up immediately.
7. caedmonscall.net
When I was in college (1999-2003), I spent an absurd amount of time on the fansite of my favorite band. Little did I know, Bryan Allain ran this site. Essentially, he was blogging before blogging existed. Now we get to benefit from his 10 years of experience.
6. $109 bill
You know what you can’t buy on Amazon? That’s right. Nothing. A $109 Amazon gift card is like a $109 bill. In exchange for an email address, you get a chance to win one.
5. Your blog’s color scheme is annoying
Your blog needs help. So does mine. There are dozens of tiny things we do day after day that are annoying the crap out of our readers. Bryan shows us how a few tweaks here and there can dramatically improve your readers’ experience.
4. Laughing is better than not laughing
There are a ton of blogging advice sites out there. I’ve yet to even smile at one of them. Yet somehow, Bryan manages to make you crack up while talking about sidebar widgets – a feat that I previously thought was impossible. Note: I know what you’re thinking, and no, it’s not because he rhymed “widget” with “midget”.
3. More readers, guaranteed
We all want more readers, don’t we? Bloggers with 50 readers want 100. Bloggers with 100 want 500. It’s never-ending. BlogRocket’s booster course guarantees that you’ll get more readers or you get your money back. For some of you, this may be the only incentive you need.
2. Solutions
When Bryan was writing his 29 eBook, he asked people for their biggest blogging frustrations. The responses poured in. We bloggers are easily frustrated. Instead of leaving it there, though, he wrote an eBook that actually addressed those frustrations and gave solutions. And you get it free in exchange for an email address. Ridiculous.
1. Help Bryan
OK, this is the most important one. Bryan’s pursuing a dream here. He’s put a lot of time and effort into this – for you. Give him a chance to show you it’s worth it.
That’s all I got. I’m going to sign up. Join me.
