Ultramarathon is a great book. The documentary film he did for 50/50 is awesome. You will be inspired and simultaneously guilty for sitting on your couch while watching it and not running the whole time.

The Neil Young/David Crosby/Graham Nash thing is amazing. Stuff like that is why Jimmy Fallon is head and shoulders above everyone else in late night television right now.

Don't know if you've seen it, Tyler, but Jimmy singing "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" as Neil Young is pretty epic as well.
